YallaFix.xyz Terms and Conditions for Cash Payments

  • Cash Payments: If you choose to pay in cash, your order will not be marked as completed until the OTP (One-Time Password) is entered by the service provider.

  • OTP Verification: After completing the service, the provider will enter the OTP, and the order will be marked as complete.

  • Order Completion: After OTP submission, you will receive confirmation that your payment has been processed.

Data Handling

  • Privacy Policy: YallaFix.xyz is committed to protecting your privacy. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and disclosure.

  • Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Quality Assurance Program / Quality Control Policy

Liability and Damages

General Terms
* Services: YallaFix.xyz connects service providers with clients seeking home and office services, including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and beauty services.
* Platform Use: By registering and using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.
Service Provider Responsibilities
* Performance of Services: You agree to perform services in a professional and timely manner, according to the standards outlined in the platform's guidelines and client expectations.
* Licensing and Certification: You must ensure you have all necessary certifications, licenses, and insurance to provide services in the region.
* Client Interaction: You are responsible for maintaining respectful and professional communication with clients.
* Service Standards: You must adhere to the quality standards set by YallaFix.xyz, including punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
Quality Assurance and Inspections
YallaFix.xyz conducts regular quality checks to ensure the highest standards of service. These checks include:
1. Unannounced Visits: To ensure service providers are properly uniformed and adhering to service standards.
2. On-Site Inspections: A review of the service being performed in real-time, either by the service provider or YallaFix.xyz staff.
3. Follow-up Calls: After the service is completed, a customer service agent will contact the client to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
These inspections are part of YallaFix.xyz's commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Payments and Fees
* Payment Terms: Service providers are paid according to the agreed-upon rates for services rendered. Payments will be processed by YallaFix.xyz and disbursed to service providers within the timeframe stated in the provider agreement after service completion.
* Commission and Fees: YallaFix.xyz charges a commission on the fees for each service booked through the platform. The exact commission rate will be clearly stated in your service provider agreement.
* Payment Methods: Payments are made via Bank Transfer or Cash Payment.
YallaFix.xyz Terms and Conditions for Cash Payments
* Cash Payments Collection: If the user opts to pay in cash, you are required to collect the payment directly from the customer at the time of service completion.
* OTP for Order Completion: After receiving the cash payment, you must ask the user for the OTP. Once received, enter the OTP in the app to mark the service as complete. The order will only be finalized after the OTP is verified in the system.
* No Payment via App: For cash payments, the transaction does not occur via the app directly. It is crucial to ensure that both the cash collection and OTP confirmation steps are followed to avoid any discrepancies in the service completion record.
* Handling Cash: You are responsible for managing the cash payment properly. YallaFix.xyz does not handle the physical payment; this is done directly between you and the client. Ensure you provide the correct change if applicable and handle the transaction professionally.
Liability and Damages
* Responsibility for Damages: You are responsible for any damages to the client’s property that occur during the provision of services. Any damages must be reported immediately to YallaFix.xyz.
* Lost or Stolen Items: YallaFix.xyz is not liable for any items lost or stolen during the service. We recommend that clients secure their valuables before the service begins.
* Insurance: Providers are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for liability, damages, and personal injury.
Account Security and Confidentiality
* Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all account information, including login credentials, personal data, and client details. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
* Account Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in your profile is accurate and up to date. Any falsification of information may result in account termination.
Cancellation and Termination
* Provider Account Termination: YallaFix.xyz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your provider account for violations of these Terms and Conditions, failure to meet service standards, or failure to comply with local laws and regulations.
* Cancellation Policy: Providers can cancel a booking up to 1 hour before the service start time without penalty. If a provider cancels within 1 hour of the scheduled service, a penalty fee may be applied. Recurring or consistent cancellations may lead to account suspension.
* Client Cancellations: If a client cancels after the service provider has arrived or after the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.
Code of Conduct
* Professional Conduct: Service providers must maintain a professional demeanor at all times, including appearance, communication, and service delivery.
* Respect for Property: Providers must treat client property with respect and exercise care while on-site.
* Punctuality: Providers are expected to arrive on time for each service appointment. Late arrivals without prior notification may result in penalties or account suspension.
Insurance and Safety
* Provider Responsibility: While YallaFix.xyz checks the background and qualifications of service providers, it is your responsibility to ensure safety while on duty. You must follow all safety protocols, especially when working with potentially hazardous materials or equipment.
* No Liability for Personal Injury: YallaFix.xyz is not responsible for any injuries sustained by service providers during the course of their work. Providers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for coverage in case of injury.
No Medical or Healthcare Services
YallaFix.xyz does not facilitate medical or healthcare services. All services provided through the platform are related to home and office needs, including cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and other non-medical tasks.
Termination of Services
YallaFix.xyz reserves the right to remove a service provider from the platform in cases of repeated violations of these Terms and Conditions, non-compliance with service standards, or unlawful conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
