Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – YallaFix.xyz

At YallaFix.xyz, we aim to provide a smooth and fair experience for both our customers and service providers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel a booking and receive a refund.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation (Before 1 Hour of Service Time):
    Customers may cancel their booking at least 1 hour before the scheduled service time for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellation (Within 1 Hour of Service Time):
    If a cancellation is made within 1 hour of the scheduled service time, 50% of the booking amount will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
    (This is to compensate the service provider for time and travel preparation.)

  • No-Show Policy:
    If the customer does not show up or is unavailable at the service location at the scheduled time, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

  • Service Not Delivered:
    If the booked service could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to YallaFix.xyz or the assigned provider, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • Quality Concerns:
    If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service, you must report it to our support team within 24 hours of service completion.
    Refunds or partial refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis after investigation.

  • Mode of Refund:
    Refunds will be made back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or wallet balance in the app) within 7–14 business days.

3. Exceptions

  • Promotional vouchers, referral credits, and coupons are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable if the service was partially delivered and accepted by the customer.

  • For cash payments, refunds (if applicable) will be issued as wallet credits in the app.

4. Provider Cancellations

  • If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a 100% refund and will be given priority re-booking with another available provider.

  • Repeated cancellations by providers may result in penalties or suspension from the YallaFix.xyz platform.
