AED 199 (first hour) • + AED 65 / extra 30 mins Keep it safe, neat, and up to code—book a certified electrician by the hour for lighting fixes, socket swaps, and small wiring jobs done right. What’s included ✅ Bulb/LED replacement & spotlight fixes ✅ Switches, sockets, dimmers: replace or repair ✅ Minor wiring repairs & loose-connection fixes ✅ Light fixture fitting/refitting (standard) ✅ Safety checks after completion Good to know Minimum charge: 1 hour (AED 149–169). Each additional 30 mins = AED 65. If you request a quote and don’t proceed, 50% of the visit fee applies. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment are charged the full booked amount. Parts/materials (switches, fittings, wire, junction boxes, etc.) are billed separately; procurement service available (cost + AED 40). Special items may need 2–3 days to source; if unavailable, the visit fee is non-refundable. For drilling on Sundays/Public Holidays/after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange any required permits in advance. Ensure clear access to the work area; if access/permits aren’t available, the visit fee still applies. Large jobs (full rewiring, DB upgrades, new circuits) are site-assessed and quoted separately.
