What’s Included ✅ Install/replace taps, mixers, handheld/bidet sprays, angle valves, traps, hoses ✅ Fix leaks at visible joints (washers, O-rings, PTFE re-seal) ✅ Seal & re-seat basins, P/S-traps, and waste fittings ✅ Functional testing: flow, drainage, and leak check ✅ Clear quotation if extra parts or extended work is required Common Tasks We Cover ✅ Basin/sink mixer install or cartridge swap ✅ Bidet spray/hand shower install with angle valve ✅ Trap (P/S) replacement and silicone reseal ✅ Toilet flush inlet/outlet hose & gasket reseal ✅ Shower accessories install (bars, holders, soap dishes) Know This Before You Book • Pricing: AED 199 covers the first 30 minutes (diagnosis + labour). AED 99 per additional 30 minutes. • A 30-minute fee applies if the booking is made but the service isn’t used. • If you request a quote but choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will apply. • Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booking value. • Materials/parts (mixers, traps, valves, hoses, sealants, brackets) are billed separately at cost + AED 40 procurement. • For drilling on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange required permits in advance. • Ensure full access to the work area; if access/permits are an issue, the visit fee still applies. Scope & Exclusions • Concealed pipe repairs, wall/ceiling demolition, slab/underground leaks, waterproofing, and civil works are not included in the base visit. • Water heater (geyser) body replacements, booster pumps, and pressure kits are not part of this service (quoted separately). • Post-tension concrete drilling without an approved NOC/permits is not undertaken. YallaFix Warranty Promise ✅ If the same fixture/connection leaks again within 14 days, we’ll return to fix it—labour on us. (Covers workmanship at the original repair point; new faults/parts are excluded.)
